A One Stop Shop is a SEAI-backed service that manages every part of your home energy upgrade—from initial assessment and design, to contractor coordination, to grant application and final certification. Instead of dealing with multiple companies, you work with Greenwatt from start to finish.
Step-by-Step: How It Works
Initial Consultation
We assess your current BER, discuss your goals, and explain the upgrade pathways available.
Home Energy Assessment
A technical expert visits your home to complete a full energy audit and develop a custom upgrade plan.
Design, Grants & Scheduling
We manage the technical design, submit your SEAI grant application, and coordinate timelines.
Installation & Supervision
Our qualified contractors carry out the upgrade work to SEAI standards. We oversee every step.
Final Checks & Certification
Once complete, we carry out your final BER assessment and close out your grant file.
